A Space Mission Unlike Any Other

Ten years ago, NASA retired the space shuttle program.

Today, SpaceX is pushing the limits of space travel so much so that their next mission looks to be the most ambitious to date.

Read below for everything Im looking at this week...

A New Face in Renewables

Last Wednesday, Apple announced it would get into the renewable energy sector with a solar farm in Northern California.

The solar farm will not only power Apples headquarters but will also be available to over 100 of its partner businesses.

But like with any new venture, Apple needed to find an expert in the industry to help get this project off the ground.

And lo and behold, a familiar face has joined forces with Apple

AR Getting the Lift It Needs

Augmented reality has proven to be essential in many industries including construction, medicine and consumer technology.

Now its taking its next step by becoming a major part of the military.

Microsoft and the U.S. have partnered up on AR headsets to give soldiers an edge on the battlefield.

These headsets would allow soldiers to use infrared-night and soldier-borne sensors that would allow for better situational awareness in the field.

In the end, the contract could be worth over $20 billion or more Microsoft over a period of 10 years.

Hopping on the Crypto Bandwagon

Traditionally, credit card companies and major financial institutions saw cryptocurrency as a threat to their existence.

How could they possibly make money off people if they didnt put their cash in the banks?

Over the past year, however, something switched as more and more institutions started to hop on the bandwagon.

The dominoes are falling, and just recently, one more fell with a major credit company opening up its own platform.

A Space Mission Unlike Any Other

To get to space you need astronauts, right? Apparently not

SpaceX announced just last week that they have finalized the crew for their upcoming launch Inspiration4.

And the kicker is that all of the persons involved are civilians just like you or me.

The crew was handpicked to represent the best of humanitarian qualities

And will start training together immediately in anticipation of the upcoming launch.
